Join us

You're invited to Rain Country Dance Association’s annual Holiday Party combined with our regularly scheduled line dancing event Tuesday, December 7th at 7 p.m. at All Pilgrims church.

Bring a holiday snack to share if you like, and Rain Country will provide some warmed finger foods. Bring your own beverages.

We will also have the annual holiday gift exchange. Bring a wrapped "white elephant" gift (recommended value limit of $20; serious gifts are great, fun gifts are great, weird gifts are great!) and we will do an "unwrap or steal" event. Not able to bring something or forgot to bring something? No worry, we will have a few extras on hand so that everyone can join in!

This event is open to all RCDA community members, so feel free to bring a friend even if they aren't a Rain Country member or a regular Tuesday night line dancer.

COVID SAFETY NOTE: This event will be vax-only and masked.

If you already provided your vaccine information at a previous All Pilgrims event (including Tuesday nights), we still have your info on file (unless you wish to provide a booster date). Please note that while this summer's Pride dances were not masked, requirements have changed since then. The mandate does allow for an exception to temporarily un-mask while "actively eating or drinking". As many of you have noticed at local bars and restaurants, "actively" is not defined (and rarely enforced). To provide as safe a space as possible for our members and their guests to gather and dance, and for the purposes of this event, RCDA defines "actively eating or drinking" as consumption in intervals of 60 seconds, or less. It does not include simply holding food/drink in your hands, or merely sitting next to food/drink at a table. Please minimize as much as possible the amount of time with your mask off. Another good guideline is that if you are talking (which is not eating or drinking), please properly wear your mask.
