The host hotel for the Emerald City Hoedown for 2025 will once again be the Renaissance Seattle Hotel!

The hoedown room rate will be available for a couple days before and after the hoedown itself, allowing you to come for a longer trip than just the dance weekend.

About the Hotel

The Renaissance Hotel is located at 6th and Madison in downtown Seattle, perched just above the I-5 freeway.  Fantastic views include Mt. Rainier to the south, First Hill and Capitol Hill (the gay neighborhood, walking distance away) to the east, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains to the west, and downtown Seattle all around.

The hotel features an on-site restaurant (The Fig & The Judge) plus a coffee stand at the The 515 Coffee Bar & Lounge on the lobby level.  Visit the hotel website for details about hours and menu.

If you will be driving to the hoedown or renting a car while you are in Seattle, a limited amount of on-site parking is available.  For attendees not staying at the hotel, on-site parking can be expensive, but more affordable off-site parking is available nearby, and public transit options are also convenient.
