The host hotel for the Emerald City Hoedown for 2026 will once again be the Renaissance Seattle Hotel! The rate will be $172/night (+tax).
The hotel block is open for booking!
Special rate available from Tuesday, March 24–Tuesday, March 31, 20926. Come early and stay late.
The cutoff date for booking the hotel block is March 5, 2026.

About the Hotel
The Renaissance Hotel is located at 6th and Madison in downtown Seattle, perched just above the I-5 freeway. Fantastic views include Mt. Rainier to the south, First Hill and Capitol Hill (the gay neighborhood, walking distance away) to the east, Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains to the west, and downtown Seattle all around.
The hotel features an on-site restaurant (The Fig & The Judge) plus a coffee stand at the The 515 Coffee Bar & Lounge on the lobby level. Visit the hotel website for details about hours and menu.
If you will be driving to the hoedown or renting a car while you are in Seattle, a limited amount of on-site parking is available. For attendees not staying at the hotel, on-site parking can be expensive, but more affordable off-site parking is available nearby, and public transit options are also convenient.

Parking at the Hotel
The Renaissance has below-ground parking at the hotel, but the Once again, we will have discounted parking available, with validation. Current self-park rates are:
Day Rate (non-hotel guests)
With validation sticker from the ECH Registration desk, DISCOUNTED rate is $30/day.
NO in-out privileges
NON-DISCOUNTED 1st hour = $18/hour
NON-DISCOUNTED Add'l hours = $8/hour
NON-DISCOUNTED Maximum = $66/day
Overnight Rate (hotel guests, billed to room)
INCLUDES in-out privileges
DISCOUNTED (20%) rate (if room is registered with the ECH room block) = $52.80/overnight
NON-DISCOUNTED rate = $66/overnight
Sunday
Guests staying at the hotel on Saturday night have a special exemption until 6:30 pm Sunday. See details at Registration.
Also, don't forget that 1) street parking is free on Sundays, and 2) the hotel is located just 6 blocks from the Symphony (formerly named University) light rail station.
Note that if your vehicle is over 6'2", the off-site valet rate is $9 PLUS the above NON-DISCOUNTED rates.
